Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Movieextrapittsburgh Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We usually confirm receipt by email within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also be able to help.
